Rhythm Dance & Soul Studio (RDSgymnastics) reserves the right to cancel any programs with insufficient registration one week prior to program start date.
Cancellation or withdrawal of a registration prior to classes commencing will result in a $35 administration fee. Following commencement of the session, refunds are issued in the form of an account credit for medical reasons only (a medical certificate must be provided).
If you and/or your child are not completely satisfied after your first class, RDSgymnastic will refund your full session tuition excluding your registration fee and a $35 administration fee.
After your first class, RDSgymnastics maintains a NO REFUND policy on all of our fees in order to ensure proper safety and staffing for our classes.

RDS Gymnastics accepts cash, debit, Visa, and cheques.
Three Posted dated cheques may be dated up to two weeks prior to the start of classes. Cheques are made payable to Leila Rogovina. Payment is due at the time of registration. NSF cheques will be charged a $25.00 fee and once the family has one NSF cheque they will no longer be allowed to make a payment by cheque. All cheques need to be replaced by cash/e-transfer.
If you choose cash payment – full amount should be paid on the day of the registration or the day of the first class.
